Our headquarters sits in the middle of Sheepshead Bay, a few minutes from the B and Q trains at Sheepshead Bay station and walking distance from Emmons Avenue. No. Care is delivered in your home, not in ours. The offices are where our coordinators, nurses and intake team work — you never need to travel to us to start services. We staff cases in Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island as well as Brooklyn and the Bronx.
The one thing proximity does affect is staffing speed. Because we hold a deep caregiver roster in South Brooklyn and the South Bronx, cases in those areas are usually matched fastest.
